A new build on an urban subdivision, located opposite Blue Gum Lake Reserve providing a picturesque outlook from this architecturally designed home.

The home has burnished concrete throughout, double glazing to 80%, a heat pump hot water unit, a photo voltaic system, rendered brickwork to the garage and face finish concrete masonry retaining. The rest of the home is constructed in timber and includes some stunning architectural elements.

Particular attention to our machined door frames, and material junctions (i.e. Garage plasterboard ceiling to texture finish - allowing movement). Pelmet detail to internal blinds as well as within external soffit (both sets of blinds are electronically operated), concrete masonry blocks act as pool wall and retaining, texture finish and capillary break between fascia and soffit underside.

No gas has been run in to site, allowing the ability to offset all appliances through the photo voltaic system.

The home’s integration into the undulating site was critical to providing a single-level home for ease of livability, at the same time allowing elevated sight lines to the reserve nurturing spaces that are private and tranquil.
